This hand-sculpted face mask is made from stoneware clay and fired twice. It is glazed with fired glazes and hand-decorated using cold glazes, copper, and gold leaves and metal flower. The piece is then sealed with several coats of clear sealer. A metal wire is attached for easy hanging.
Measuring 9.0" in length and 6.5" in width, this ceramic head was sculpted from imagination and is not based on any photograph or specific person. It is an intuitive piece, designed to evoke feelings of tranquility and peace.
All items are packed securely and safely. I use recycled boxes and fillers, which have been used once but are still in good condition.
